The New American Home 2016
The newly constructed home emerges from a sharp ridge with sweeping views of Las Vegas. The exterior stone work flows seamless through glass panels to the interior. The minimalist exterior called for simple design solutions, exquisite attention to detail and the use of texture and color to soften the hard surfaces used throughout the home. The simple rectangle kitchen space flows from the dramatic entry stairwell, connecting the dining space with the great room that then opens to a deck by way of expansive glass walls. Designed to maximized views, great care was taken to design the home on a human scale, creating spaces that were comfortable and inviting.
